These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and doen55 ("doen55", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the doen55 website located at https://doen55.cam and any associated services, content or features made available through this platform (collectively, the "Platform").

doen55 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform operated for the benefit of users who seek transparent, educational and responsible gambling information. The Platform is specifically designed to serve users in Pakistan and is presented entirely in English, with amounts displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where contextually appropriate.

doen55 does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), or any other Pakistani regulatory body. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.

7. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Users based in Pakistan are specifically reminded that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional restrictions beyond the eligibility criteria listed above. doen55 does not represent that satisfying these eligibility criteria makes gambling lawful in your specific location.

When registering an Account on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. doen55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any associated balances and winnings. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must notify our support team immediately at the email address listed in Section 17.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your Account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• doen55 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Use the Platform and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Not use any automated software, bot, spider, crawler or similar tool to access the Platform, extract data or place bets without human interaction.
• Not attempt to circumvent any geo-restriction, security measure or access control implemented by doen55 or the Operator.
• Not engage in any activity that could reasonably be construed as match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or any form of fraudulent wagering.
• Not use the Platform in any way that could damage the reputation, systems, infrastructure or intellectual property of doen55.
• Comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and not use the Platform to launder, transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.

doen55 reserves the right to suspend, limit or permanently close any Account, and to void any bets placed, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms of Use, regardless of whether legal proceedings are commenced.

Deposits to your doen55 Account must be made using a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

The Platform may reference certain familiar Pakistani payment methods as contextual information for users. These include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The mention of these providers does not constitute endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it confirm their availability in the Operator's cashier at any given time. Users must verify currently supported deposit methods in the live cashier prior to transferring any funds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the Operator's current cashier settings and the rules of the selected payment provider.

All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Key general principles applicable to all Promotions include, but are not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× requirement necessitates PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: During an active bonus period, a maximum bet limit applies to each wager (typically PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per bet, as specified in the promotion's specific terms). Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The specific contribution percentages are set out in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period (commonly 7–30 days from the date of issue). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

• doen55 and the Operator reserve the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from manifest error or system malfunction. Users will be notified and the stake returned.
• Any bet placed on an event whose result is already known at the time of placement ("dead cert betting") is void and will be cancelled.
• Live/in-play betting markets are subject to additional rules regarding ante-post prices, acceptance delays and market suspension. Refer to the in-play rules section of the Platform.

• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Employing any form of artificial intelligence, algorithm, script, bot or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Operator.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematic exploitation of reload offers, or co-ordinated multi-account wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other users, players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using another person's payment instrument without their explicit authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law, using a VPN or other circumvention tool to disguise your true location.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, user interface elements and the compilation thereof ("Content"), is the exclusive property of doen55 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works from any Content without prior written authorisation from doen55.
• Use doen55's name, logo, brand marks or any confusingly similar designation in any commercial context.
• Frame, scrape or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Platform into another website or application without express permission.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to doen55 regarding the Platform may be used by doen55 without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, doen55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss of funds, including gambling losses, resulting from participation in any game or sporting event offered through the Platform.
• Any technical failure, system downtime, data loss or security breach beyond doen55's reasonable control.
• Any decision or action taken by a third-party payment provider, bank or financial institution that affects your ability to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds or content displayed on the Platform which subsequently proves to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Any interruption in access to the Platform caused by internet connectivity issues, device compatibility limitations, force majeure events or regulatory action.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit doen55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

doen55 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices or Platform functionality. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page unless otherwise stated.

When material changes are made, doen55 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, we may also notify registered users via email or an in-Platform notification, though this is not guaranteed. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform immediately. You may also request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gambling license. doen55 does not represent that the laws of the jurisdiction of the Operator's license are the same as, or compatible with, the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of formal written notice, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Operator's regulatory authority.

Pakistani users are reminded that any dispute resolution process outside Pakistan may not be enforceable in Pakistan, and that recourse through Pakistani courts may be limited given the cross-jurisdictional nature of the Platform's operations. doen55 does not provide legal advice; users should consult an independent legal professional if in doubt.
